The bundle includes the following components and will be available starting May 1, 2026 as a per user, per month subscription at a recommended price of US$ 99:

Microsoft 365 E5

The Microsoft 365 E5 bundle is already familiar: it is the comprehensive suite for workplace productivity, enhanced with management capabilities (Intune) and security solutions (Defender). Additional functionality will be added starting July 2026.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is the AI capability that helps employees perform their work. Microsoft uses multiple AI models, and Copilot determines which model is most suitable for answering a question or completing a task.
It’s important to understand that the AI model is the engine under the hood, but Copilot is the actual vehicle—complete with policies, security controls, and governance as configured by the organization.

Agent 365

This brings us to policy and security in Agent 365, introduced at Microsoft Ignite 2025 in San Francisco and available starting in April. Agent 365 serves as the control panel in which organizations maintain visibility into all agents in use and configure policies and security.
Maintaining control over agents is essential to prevent uncontrolled growth and to ensure (cyber)secure usage. Agent 365 is available as a standalone subscription for US$ 15 per user per month, but it is also included in Microsoft 365 E7.

Work IQ

Work IQ is not available as a standalone product; it is part of Microsoft 365 E7. It connects Copilot with data streams, information, and human behavior within the organization, enabling Copilot to provide context aware assistance at the moment it is needed.

Entra Suite

Entra Suite is an additional set of security services on top of the Entra components already included in Microsoft 365. Entra is the umbrella brand for secure work, identity protection, and secure access to networks and cloud services from multiple providers.

The Entra Suite includes:
• Entra ID Governance – ensures the right people have access to the right information at the right time.
• Entra Verified ID – identity and verification solutions.
• Entra Internet Access – secure access to the internet and protection against unsafe or non compliant traffic.
• Entra Private Access – secure connections for employees to applications, both on premises and across multi cloud environments.

A Bundle for Organizations Ready for AI

Microsoft 365 E7 is a new bundle designed for organizations that are already actively using AI within their processes. This applies to both large enterprises and mid sized organizations.
If your organization is still developing its AI strategy or taking its first steps in adoption, E7 may not yet be the right fit. But for organizations aiming to deploy AI broadly—both for employees and digital agents—E7 provides a complete foundation for governance, security, and intelligent operational support.
